EXCHANGES:

We offer a hassle-free exchange policy to make sure your Bright bag strap pieces fit your purse perfectly. Here are the details:

You can request one exchange per order.
Orders with a discount of 25% or more are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged.
You have up to 30 days from the delivery date to request an exchange.
To proceed with an exchange:

Send an email to support@shoulderbagstrap.com and clearly indicate "exchange" in the subject line.
Include your order number and specify the details you would like to change to.
Our dedicated customer support team will respond to your request within 24 business hours.

RETURNS:

If you need to return an item, please follow these guidelines:

Contact us within 30 days of the delivery date stated on your order.
To be eligible for a free return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags attached. It should also be in the original packaging.
Refunds will be issued within 5 working days after we receive your returned package.
Returns will be refunded as store credit.
